Welcome to PeThoria. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PeThoria website (pethoriaworld.com) and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You can create an account using your email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services.
By using the Services, you agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you post (including pet profiles, photos, videos, and messages). By posting content, you grant PeThoria a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and promote the Services. You are solely responsible for the content you share and for ensuring you have the right to share it.
PeThoria provides a marketplace where users can list and purchase pet-related goods and services. Payments are processed by Square. PeThoria is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell or buyers to pay. Users transact at their own risk.
Features such as pet matching, health tracking, dog park communities, and PeThoria Connect are provided for informational and community purposes only. Health-tracking tools do not constitute veterinary advice — always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical concerns. PeThoria does not guarantee the accuracy of information shared by other users.
PeThoria may offer a rewards/points program for engaging with the Services. Points have no cash value unless explicitly stated, may expire, and may be modified or discontinued at any time at our discretion.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. You may stop using the Services and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeThoria and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
